Currently, we are hiring a Human Resources Director with 7+ years of experience in HR.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in a generalist capacity with a focus on talent, recruitment, succession planning, organizational development and culture integration
Proven success in recruiting, HRIS, comp and benefits, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a similar field
Smaller company experience
Must come from a leadership background, with tech company experience
Experience with coaching, facilitation, associate relations, employment law and leadership
Demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management, build relationships quickly, understand the business and assist business leaders in reaching their strategic goals
Experience in transforming the human resources function and processes to best in class status
Ability to measure and track HR effectiveness through use of key metrics and measures

Implement organizational and cultural change plans in order to bring the business organization to higher professional standards as well as implements change management processes in the business and leads major HR change initiatives.

Proactively advise management regarding issues with substantial HR consequences and take care of HR analyses to support decisions within guidelines to ensure HR awareness in decision making and to minimize organizational risks.

Actively consult and coach employees on organizational design, recruitment, talent management, succession planning and learning and development opportunities.
Управление персоналом 1 месяц
Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy. Drive organizational capability development.
Стратегическое управление и планирование 1 месяц
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training and further development of personnel. Establish, implement, train and maintain agreed upon policies.
Рекрутмент 1 месяц
Manager the data required in the various HR related systems and tools. Keep track of developments in the HR discipline and working field and translates insights into proposals.
