We are looking for a talented Vice President of Human Resources, who will be responsible for leading the development of HR strategy and bringing innovative ideas to the HR functions.

Qualifications:
Master level degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration or related area preferred, Bachelor level degree required
Several years of Human Resources experience, including several years of HR management experience
Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing new strategies and procedures
Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
Ability to direct and manage the full-cycle recruitment program for the entire organization
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be detail oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including the ability to attract, motivate and develop leadership, volunteers and staff
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal support staff
Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
Demonstrated skills to create, implement and present on various training topics for staff development
Knowledge of the general principles and practices for developing an effective and efficient department
Excellent leadership, team building, interpersonal and time management skills
A high energy, results-oriented leader and must be a self-starter with little supervision required
An individual with the utmost professional and personal integrity
Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative drive for reaching the next great idea
Outstanding collaboration skills through effective communication
Business savvy with the ability to engage, influence, access risk, issues and priorities
